Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to manage and oversee energy management and indoor air quality services. The role involves preparing technical reports, managing audits, stakeholder engagement, energy conservation projects, staff training, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and implementing innovative technologies.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan, prepare, and manage technical reporting and documentation related to Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality, including monthly reports and data updates as per the Concession Agreement.
  2. Plan and execute Service Provider activities such as internal audits and manage external audits according to company standards and agreements.
  3. Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
  4. Plan, execute, and monitor Energy Conservation Measures (ECM), including retrofitting and energy performance contracting, from tendering to handover.
  5. Conduct staff awareness trainings and attend competency development programs as required.
  6. Ensure services comply with quality, environmental, statutory, and regulatory standards, including ISO certifications and local laws.
  7. Maintain health, safety, security, and environmental practices in line with regulations and company policies.
  8. Manage and coordinate the adoption of new technologies and innovative projects to add value and maintain competitive advantage.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital support services.
