Are you passionate about engineering and eager to make a real impact? We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical or Electrical Engineers to join our dynamic team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with pre-sales technical inquiries.
• Provide expert technical assistance and support to customers.
• Conduct product testing to gain a deeper understanding of our solutions.
• Occasional on-site visits to customer locations (if required).
• Deliver training sessions for both internal teams and customers.
• Offer comprehensive after-sales support, including troubleshooting and managing warranty claims (RMA).

Qualifications:

• A degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and customers.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong self-learning abilities and a keen interest in continuous development.
