Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Actively promote products, assist in formulating sales strategies, introduce products and solutions to channel customers, and guide customers in product selection and configuration.
  • Conduct in-depth research, collect, and analyze market information, including product trends of Dahua and other brands within the industry, and produce corresponding promotional materials and market plans.
  • Organize product training to enhance customers' CCTV technical knowledge and assist customers in completing certified training.
  • Collect feedback from customers and the market, understand the technical requirements for the company's products and solutions, and continuously follow up on the company's improvements and optimizations for customers.
  • Provide technical support, respond promptly to customer needs, coordinate internal and external resources for long-term follow-up, and offer online and on-site troubleshooting services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the brand, elaborate on the technical advantages and product features of the Dahua brand, and drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in bachelorâs degree in Electronic or similar preferred.
  • Good English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written skills. Good communication skills and excellent customer service skills are needed.
  • Experience in CCTV, IT or other related telecommunicate and security industry is preferred.
