Are you passionate about engineering and eager to make a real impact? We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical or Electrical Engineers to join our dynamic team!

Job Responsibilities

Support the sales team with pre-sales technical inquiries.

Provide expert technical assistance and support to customers.

Conduct product testing to gain a deeper understanding of our solutions.

Occasional on-site visits to customer locations (if required).

Deliver training sessions for both internal teams and customers.

Offer comprehensive after-sales support, including troubleshooting and managing warranty claims (RMA).

Qualifications

A degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and customers.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
