Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers' site teams in project kick-off and provide on-site technical support.

• Identify and resolve soil stabilization issues during deep foundation installations.

• Train customer site personnel on the proper use of the products.

• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical site personnel.

• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.

• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Generate ideas and foresee potential issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

• 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with basic knowledge of deep foundation execution.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with diverse teams.

• Highly motivated, dedicated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.

• Fast learner with hands-on problem-solving abilities.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to foresee issues and provide innovative solutions.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Possesses own transport and is willing to travel on short notice.

• Friendly and customer-service oriented.
