Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their dynamic Delivery team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a unique opportunity to bridge complex data-driven systems and real-world problem-solving, collaborating with both developers and end users to deliver impactful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Design innovative data models, scoring mechanisms, and intuitive visualisations that solve real business problems.

• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal development teams to ensure technical solutions align with user needs.

• Identify, define, and document requirements while collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Validate solutions through close feedback loops with investigative teams and support refinement efforts to optimise performance.

• Champion the successful rollout and adoption of product enhancements and new features.

What You’ll Bring

• A proactive, independent approach to problem-solving with strong analytical thinking.

• Proven expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

• Experience working with technical platforms and tools for large-scale data analysis.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical solutions into business value.

• An eye for stable, scalable systems with a commitment to reliability and precision.

• Background in complex technical or data-driven environments; exposure to FCC/AML or financial services is a plus.
