Job description

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at store level up to Facilities Technician.
  • Trained in maintenance-related jobs, able to troubleshoot.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and other systems.
  • Able to use simple hand tools like screwdrivers and cutters effectively.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team with a sense of responsibility.
  • SKM, SPM, Certificate in electrical, building maintenance, or a relevant field will be a plus.
  • Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
  • Recognize and correct potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicate with the Food Quality Manager.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration per defined interval/schedule for all equipment: Grill, Fryer, Heat Treat Machine, McCafe machine, Ice Machine, Beverage Touch Tower, etc.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of kitchen equipment.
  • Report breakdowns and follow up on job completion.
  • Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, and clean).
  • Perform maintenance of refrigeration systems (condenser cleaning, replace filters, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to energy efficiency and proper energy management in the store (Fire Up Schedule, Dot System, etc.).
  • Attend to any ad hoc equipment malfunction or other issue related to equipment and electrical repair.
  • Follow all restaurant procedures and policies (Cash, SOC, Food Safety, and Sanitation).
  • Able to perform all station procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Able to accept and use feedback to improve skills and takes responsibility for own development.
  • Deliver total customer satisfaction by providing hot and fresh products, following all steps, delivering impressive service, and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
  • Consistently use the 3 C’s: Communication, Cooperation, and Coordination.
  • Assist and support management in achieving correct operational standards in food handling, preparation, and customer service.
  • Assist in new restaurant openings and training within OMPC as required.
