Nezda Technologies is seeking a Technical Architect fluent in Mandarin, responsible for technical pre-sales support and driving solution sales related to Data Centre, Networking, Security, and Collaboration solutions. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, along with pertinent certifications and experience in proposal preparation and project management.

Qualifications

  • Combined 2-3 years of presales, implementation, design, and project management experience.
  • CCNA certification is required.
  • Certifications in Gartner’s Leader Solutions preferred.

Salary: RM 8,500

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  2. Combined 2-3 years of presales, implementation, design, and project management experience
  3. Possess excellent technical sales and communication skills
  4. Passion for new technologies and self-motivated learning
  5. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel for consolidating complex bills of materials, design synchronization, and P&L Management
  6. Experience with RFQ/RFP tender proposals and expertise in End-to-End Solution design and heterogeneous system integration
  7. Deep skills in at least one of the following technology towers: Networking, Data Centre, Security, or Collaboration

Job Description:

  1. Provide technical pre-sales support with in-depth product knowledge on Data Centre, Collaboration, Network, and Security solutions.
  2. Drive solution sales by understanding clients’ technical needs and translating them into solutions.
  3. Prepare proposals for RFQ/RFP tenders, ensuring timely responses and bid submissions.
  4. Conduct self-research on new products within supported OEMs to adapt to evolving solution landscapes.
  5. CCNA certification is required.
  6. Certifications in Gartner’s Leader Solutions for Networking, Data Centre Storage, Server, Backup, Security, and Collaboration are preferred.
