About The Role

As a Technical Application Specialist in our new Regional Hub/Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in implementing, managing, and optimizing ERP systems. As a skilled and analytical ERP Technical Consultant, you will work closely with internal users to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Analyze business processes to identify areas where ERP systems can improve efficiency
• Design, configure, and implement customized ERP solutions to meet business requirements
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the ERP system effectively
• Collaborate with end-users and other IT professionals to update and upgrade the ERP system
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements
• Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, including our global functions teams in the Netherlands and other regions. Our Regional Hub supports a hybrid working approach, supporting markets across multiple time zones, so some flexibility in working hours is required. You will be joining a newly formed Shared Services Centre team with opportunities for growth within IT Application or broader Global IT functions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3-4 years of proven experience as an ERP Technical Consultant or similar role, preferably in Infor LN
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor LN)
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and upgrading SharePoint systems; managing user accounts and permissions; and providing technical support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Infor LN administration is a plus

Language

• Good written and spoken English is essential

Qualification / Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
