Technical Application Engineer

We are growing and expanding in Malaysia and South East Asia. Therefore, we are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated dispensing Support Engineer for our office located at Batu Kawan, Penang.

Your challenges:

• Application analysis of customer applications in microdispensing
• Individual application tests and solution of jetting problems
• Pre- and post-sales support in answering customer inquiries from the dosing application
• Create training materials and provide product training for customers and partners
• Create test- and service reports
• Support of international customers based on site and at events/trade fairs

Your personal attributes:

• University degree or completed professional training, preferably in the technical field
• Great affinity for technical processes and contexts
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Good knowledge of Thai Language or Chinese is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with customers, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Experienced handling of MS Office
• Problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills and interest in working together in international teams
• Willingness to travel and a driving license class B
