Job Description

- Responsible for ensuring regulatory and legal compliance related to technical issues.
- Coordinate the implementation of Global Chemical Information Management System (GCIP).
- Study and update various country regulatory compliance for the raw material database.
- Ensure and maintain raw material’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) updates accordingly.
- Ensure and perform yearly product analysis compliance are carried out smoothly and meet regulatory requirements.
- Arrange, manage, and monitor the progress of technical studies.
- Ensure all technical related activities comply with the company management system.
- Maintain and perform all supportive management systems accordingly.
- Manage and oversee office administration and general control.
- Coordinate with lab and workshop PIC on PR administrative control.
- Liaise with service providers/contractors for calibration, preventive service, and repair on laboratory equipment and workshop facilities.
- Work effectively in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements of other team members.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for efficient document handling, easy reference, retrieval, and secure storage of critical documents.
- Manage special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and other duties as required.

Qualifications
Requirement

- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Applied Science / Material Science / Material Engineering or equivalent engineering.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical administrative scope. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but must have N1/N2 Japanese language skills.

- Required Skills:
1. Professional level of computer literacy (Excel/Word/Power Point/Presentation Skills).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision, alongside being a quick learner and self-motivated.
4. Exhibits responsibility, a positive outlook, team collaboration skills, multitasking capability, attention to detail, and a willingness to undertake outdoor errands as necessary.
5. Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

Additional Information

- Business Trip Allowances: RM230 per day (Asia Pacific Region).
- Dental & Optical Allowances: RM200 per year.
- Performance Bonus (around 1.5 months).
- Annual Leave: Min 12 days, Max 20 days.
- Public Holiday: 19 days (max).
- Annual medical checkup.
- MSIG Insurance (PA, hospitalization, surgical) covering immediate family.
- EPF Contribution: +2%/3%/5% (after serving for more than 3 years).
- Housing loan interest subsidy (for managerial level only) - up to 4.1%, cap at 300k.
