What would be the responsibilities for this role?

• Lead Technology transfer process to ensure new or changed products or processes are well transferred between technology and manufacturing.

• Implement robust project management practices to oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and timelines

• Review results for learning’s, corrective actions, and improvement during pre and post launch activities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Responsible for Management of Change system, training new users and reviewing status.

• Support the validation activities (PQ/PPQ/PV) and validation master plan tracking

• Ensure compliance of incoming imported new products and exported new products are fully compliant with exporting requirements.

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and/or quality assurance

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

• Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, and validation of new formulations and processes

• Knowledge of Quality Management System
