Job summary

Appnovation is seeking an experienced Tech Manager with a robust full-stack background to lead an agile engineering team in AI-powered product initiatives. You will bridge technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on execution across cloud services and full-stack environments.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and clients to scale AI solutions, enforce best practices, CI/CD, and secure cloud operations while nurturing a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software teams delivering cloud-native full-stack solutions.
• Hands-on development with modern frontend frameworks and backend services.
• Led AI-focused product initiatives and cloud infrastructure strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of full-stack and cloud engineers.
• Define engineering roadmap and align with AI product goals.
• Oversee design, implementation and deployment of scalable cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into milestones.
• Enforce best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure cloud operations.
