Job summary

Techstreet Malaysia is seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong Front-End expertise in ReactJS and React Native to guide the technical direction of our web and mobile applications. You will focus on scalable, responsive front-end solutions while contributing to Node.js back-end development and API integration.

You will mentor developers, establish front-end standards, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

5+ years of Full Stack Development experience, with strong Front-End Development expertise in ReactJS and React Native.
Strong knowledge of ReactJS, React Native and modern front-end frameworks, responsive web development and UI/UX principles.
Working knowledge of Node.js, RESTful API integration and related back-end technologies.
Good understanding of software architecture, development standards and best practices; experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities while working effectively across teams and client environments.
Prior experience leading, mentoring or managing a development team.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end development across the SDLC, including architecture, development, implementation and delivery.
Design and develop responsive, scalable and maintainable web applications, with strong attention to performance and user experience.
Establish and improve front-end frameworks, coding standards and development best practices.
Provide technical support to development teams and clients, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Review and improve existing solutions to enhance quality, performance and maintainability.
Coach and mentor developers while keeping up with emerging front-end technologies and industry practices.
