Job summary

techstreet is seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead (Front-End Focus) to drive the technical direction of our web and mobile apps using ReactJS, React Native and Node.js. You will own front-end architecture, performance and user experience across platforms.

You will mentor developers, establish coding standards and best practices, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions with a strong emphasis on quality and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience with strong Front-End expertise in ReactJS and React Native.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, modern front-end frameworks, responsive web development and UI/UX principles.
• Working knowledge of Node.js, RESTful API integration and related back-end technologies.
• Good understanding of software architecture, development standards and best practices; experience with Domain-Driven Design is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities while working effectively across teams and client environments.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring or managing a development team.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.

You will focus primarily on building scalable, responsive and user-friendly front-end solutions, while contributing to Node.js back-end development, API integration, technical improvements and team development.
