• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3–5 years leading remote or distributed engineering teams .
• Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns , DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
