Dawun Cafe' is seeking enthusiastic part-time Team Members to join our vibrant cafe in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling cafe.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and meals
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including restocking and cleaning duties
• Providing helpful recommendations to customers on our menu and products
• Assisting with cash handling and point-of-sale operations
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Salary Range

RM9.00 per hour
