Summary of Principal Job Responsibility:

To lead a group of merchandisers to ensure they achieve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of Client’s requirements in the assigned outlets.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and manage merchandisers in assigned area.
• Support Operations Manager and Executive in the daily operations of the team.
• Support merchandisers in merchandising activities where necessary.
• Manage merchandising standards at assigned areas.
• Administration of POS materials, equipment, promotional premiums in assigned area.
• Planning & Organizing tasks and projects.
• Foster teamwork spirit.
• Be result-oriented.
• Possess interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Maintain customer focus.
