► Participate in store re-opening process by welcoming customers and filling up the shortages

► Participating in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition

► Provide assistance and have good communication with your team

► Be independent and disciplined

3. Employee training and Development

► To participate in any training activities being assigned to

► Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of your team

► Lead and motivate your team to achieve results and to develop their career/knowledge/skills

► Adhere to store budgeted expenditure

► Propose action plan to control operating expense better

► Provide correct report and figures and be responsible on it

► To update known loss

► Returning of goods are done according to the procedures

Requirements:

► Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.

► 2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.

► Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.

►Medical facility.
