The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing coaching, motivation, and accountability.
Supervises team members, sets priorities, and manages daily operations. Responsible for achieving performance metrics through coaching and feedback, handling escalated issues, and making decisions guided by policies and business plans. Usually spends less than 20% of time performing supervised tasks and manages non-exempt employees.
