Overview

iT运维岗职级要求_W3 TEAM LEAD IDC @JB Malaysia / iT Operation & Maintenance W3 Team Leader IDC @JB Malaysia requirements:

Responsibilities

1. 按照客户要求，执行7*24、5*8的IDC机房值守。 / Perform 7*24, 5*8 IDC server room duty in accordance with customer requirements.
2. 按照服务SLA要求，响应事件和执行工单，包括临时工作。 / Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including temporary work, according to service SLA requirements.
3. 熟悉IDC机房环境和监控系统，通过巡检发现、识别风险，并可以按照EOP流程快速准确处理紧急事件，完成事件数据记录和初步的事件报告输出。 / Familiar with IDC server room environment and monitoring system, discover and identify risks through inspection, and can quickly and accurately deal with emergency events according to EOP process, complete event data recording and preliminary event report output.
4. 具备事件根因跟踪、分析、复盘和经验沉淀、总结的能力。 / Have the ability to track, analyze, review and summarize the root cause of incidents, and accumulate experience.
5. 具备发现潜在风险，风险控制和对EOP流程持续优化的能力。 / Ability to identify potential risks, risk control and continuous optimization of EOP process.
6. 熟悉工单系统，掌握SOP标准操作流程并严格执行，可以独立完成低风险的工单操作，确保零误操作和SLA达标率。 / Familiar with the work order system, master the SOP standard operating procedure and strictly execute it, can independently complete the low-risk work order operation to ensure zero miss operation and SLA compliance rate.

Qualifications

1. 具备良好的沟通能力能够协助网工、服务器专家完成复杂的故障排查并解决问题。具备按照SOP和工单要求独立完成所有工单的能力，并对SOP流程制定、质量控制和效率提升有自己的见解并能持续优化. / Good communication skills to assist network engineers and server experts to complete complex troubleshooting and problem solving. Have the ability to complete all work orders independently according to SOP and work order requirements, and have insights on SOP process development, quality control and efficiency improvement; continuously optimize.
2. 熟悉IDC机房交换机、服务器、线缆等不同类型设备及其安装、上架、布放、维修等规范。可以按要求完成工勘、随工、零星施工和问题反馈。熟悉项目管理流程，具备项目实施过程中的风险控制、进度控制和项目验收的能力。熟悉项目管理工具和方法，具备项目协调、项目流程优化，实现或超出预期的交付的能力。 / Familiar with different types of equipment in IDC server room (switches, servers, cables) and their installation, racking, deployment, maintenance standards; able to complete surveys, follow-up work, ad-hoc construction and issue feedback. Knowledge of project management processes with risk control, schedule control and project acceptance capabilities; proficient with project management tools and methodologies to coordinate projects, optimize processes, and deliver as or beyond expectations.
3. 完成其他包含在《服务合同》《外包需求说明书》及附件要求的相关工作。 / Complete other related work included in the Service Contract, Statement of Outsourcing Requirements and attachments.
4. 全日制大专或同等学历及以上 / Full-time college degree or equivalent and above
5. 计算机相关专业 / Computer related majors
6. 机房运维技能，对IT基础设施有一定了解，团队管理，沟通协作。 / Server room operation and maintenance skills, knowledge of IT infrastructure, team management, communication and collaboration.
7. 逻辑清晰的表达，礼貌的倾听。 / Logical and clear expression, polite listening.
8. 团队管理能力，项目协调能力。 / Team management skills, project coordination skills.
9. 本地语言+英语，或者本地语言+中文。 / Local language + English, or local language + Chinese.
