A leading care organization is seeking a Team Leader to oversee staff management and promote clients' well-being in George Town, Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care. Job Description. 40 Hours Per Week. £27,788.80 Annually with an additional £2,704 from sleep in rates, based on 1 per week. £1,000 Joining Bonus. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Atlantic Way, based in Devon. This will be covering our services in and around Bideford. If you have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to working and are proactive & dedicated, you could be a great addition to the team!
Atlantic Way Care is spread over seven individual sites providing 24-hour support for individuals with a vast range of complex needs.

A Team Leader is required to respect and work cooperatively with others, enabling the people we support to live in their own home or within their local community with dignity and confidence.
