Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track daily activities of team members: Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS, Sales, Dropped Sales, Stock Weight, PO Delivery.
• Support team members.
• Cover outlets with unfulfilled headcounts.
• Support UFS CDMs and planners on sales strategies and operational issues.
• Conduct monthly "one to one" coaching & mentoring with team members (OJT).
• Conduct field visits to audit execution compliance and coach team members.
• Conduct onboarding training for new members.
• Monitor headcount fulfillment in the region and support recruitment efforts.
• Review Area's Perfect Store results and develop action plans.
• Support team members in setting up where required.
• Attempt to secure additional primary and secondary space in outlets.
• Regularly meet with key outlet buyers together with UFS CDM.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Ability to speak fluent Malay and English.
• Experience as a promoter or merchandiser is preferred.
• Friendly personality & sales experience is an advantage.
