Overseeing and managing Financing Support Officer on daily basis - productivity and performance (Individual / Team)
Passionate and highly motivated with the ability to lead in driving culture change / new way of doing things
Positive mindset in being effective and efficient sales support task force and its performance
Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees
Monitoring and track support performance and productivity and overall performance Weekly/Monthly
Ensuring application forms and documentation submitted in complete and organize manner as stipulated for relevant decision and approval
Review pending orders and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Prepare daily day end reporting and weekly / monthly reporting to Head of Unit
Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies / guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
Protect the image and brand of the Bank.
Any other duties / assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior from time to time / as per business requirement from time to time
Qualification:
Diploma / bachelor's degree in sales and banking related or equivalent experience
Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capability
Years of Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years background experience in related field and/or back-office operation experience.
Specific Skills / Knowledge and Certification Required:
Excellent supervision, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-tasks
Proficient in Excel, Words and Power point
Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision making and higher-level problem solving
Desire to work as a team with results driven approach
Experience of working in fast-moving business environment.
Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels
