Join our team as a Guest Service Team Leader - Concierge at Hyatt!

Location: Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, MY

Department: Guest Service Operations

Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly/Entry Level, Local

Summary

You will assist in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting associate, guest, and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Concierge is responsible for assisting in daily operations of the Concierge department, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and personalized assistance throughout their stay.

Qualifications
  • Only Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia are eligible due to work permit restrictions.
  • Ideally hold a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Guest Service Officer or 1-2 years as a Team Leader within luxury hotels is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
