Job Purpose
To manage R&D activities and day-to-day operations through supervising and management of a team. Develop and implement an operational plan and objectives for the team within corporate guidelines, plans and policies within own unit.
Leading a small team and ensuring execution and delivery of agreed plans, using multiple areas of expertise available at site
Ensuring preparation, testing, developing, analyzing and researching elements (e.g. problems, questions, ideas) in own discipline
Attracting, leading, coaching, appraising and developing team members
Demonstrating and driving safety leadership
