Job summary

Infosys Limited in Malaysia is seeking an experienced integration specialist to develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools, and to automate workflows.

You will perform testing, monitor performance, provide L2/L3 support, and coordinate with product vendors, while leveraging a strong consulting mindset and the ability to lead delivery teams in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• BE or any graduation with 10–18 years of experience.
• Experience leading implementation teams.
• Strong client interfacing and consulting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption; provide L2/L3 support.
• Coordinate with product vendors for issue resolution and escalation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools. Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption.
• Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with product vendors for issue resolution.
