About You

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development specialist to lead our Human Capital Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our company's success by designing and implementing training programs that foster the growth and development of our consultants and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Learning and Development, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Experience in e-learning course design and budget management is also essential.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 Consultants from the Human Capital Development team
  • Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs, review individual and organizational development needs
  • Develop a suite of programs that create a clear career path from the ground team to the executive team, ensuring leadership potential is developed in line with organizational needs.
  • Assist in developing coaching as a key leadership style, integrating coaching principles and skills into leadership and management development
  • Plan and deliver leadership development activities, incorporating a variety of learning methodologies to equip managers with the skills and capabilities required to embed a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure a high-performance culture is jointly created and maintained throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and provide support for ad hoc projects as required programs.
  • Develop and maintain an emphasis on internal learning, strategically using external partners where appropriate.

Your Know How

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, with a strong focus on designing and implementing training programs.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent track record of designing, creating, guiding and delivering engaging and informative training interventions.
  • Ability to work independently whilst also supporting and drawing on resources across the wider department.
