Job summary

Ambu Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Data Warehouse and Data Platform services. You will lead a team of Data & Analytics professionals, ensuring stability, evolution, and business value of our global data solutions.

You will own delivery, guide Azure-based data initiatives, manage incidents, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while driving performance, recruitment, and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

You will lead a team of talented data professionals while serving as the Service Delivery Manager for our Data Warehouse and Data Platform services. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, evolution, and business value of our global data solutions.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience leading technical teams within a Data & Analytics environment

Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Integration, and Business Intelligence concepts

Experience working with Microsoft technologies and cloud-based data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure

Experience managing stakeholder relationships and translating business requirements into technical solutions

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Preferred: Experience with Azure Data Services, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Master Data Management solutions

Preferred: Experience in service delivery, IT operations, or application management

Preferred: Experience working within a global or multinational organization
