Job Descriptions:

• Manage and monitor product support sales team performance covering sales call planning, sales coverage, sales performance, inspection, and sales pipeline
• Effectively promote and drive parts campaigns/programs/promotions amongst the sales team
• Report competitive activities by conducting regular analysis of competitor strengths and weaknesses
• Provide sales support to sales team & liaise with principal pertaining to product issues, development & implementation of sales plan
• Develop sales training program for sales team covering both technical and soft skills
