Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers serving affluent clients.
  • Drive branch sales for investment, deposit, loan, and insurance products.
  • Grow and manage client portfolios with investible assets below private banking thresholds.
  • Ensure team compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.
  • Support marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
  • Refer clients to other banking segments as needed.
  • Minimize operational risks and ensure high service standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • FIMM license required.
  • Strong leadership, sales, and client relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulatory frameworks.
