Administrative duties include supporting the Chief Retail Banking Officer, managing meeting logistics, centralizing procurement, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and safeguarding important documents for the Retail Banking Division.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supporting the Chief Retail Banking Officer (CRBO) by coordinating schedules, managing tasks, and processing invoices.
2. Managing the purchasing process for the Retail Banking Division, including requesting quotations, tracking deliveries, and ensuring proper approvals.
3. Coordinating CRBO's schedule, assisting with task monitoring, managing documents submitted for approval, and consolidating bi-weekly suspense account reports.
4. Assisting staff with document storage and retrieval, purchases from Sure Reach, and other administrative tasks.
5. Monitoring and preparing progress reports for Retail Banking initiatives, projects, and activities.
6. Submitting suspense account reports, assisting with travel arrangements, tracking Working Instruction progress, updating CRBO on task progress, and writing minutes for monthly meetings.
7. Updating Working Instructions for Retail Banking Offices and centralizing safekeeping of originals.

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Degree in Administration Office, Business Admin & Business Management
2. Must have at least 3 years working experience in similar environment.
3. Able to work in tight deadlines.
4. Good command of English.
