About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Taylor's Education Group in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting students with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential.

Expected start date : August 2025

What you'll be doing

Assisting teachers in the classroom with lesson planning, delivery and evaluation

Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs

Implementing individualised education plans and tracking student progress

Adapting teaching materials and resources to meet the diverse needs of students

Collaborating with teachers, parents and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of students

Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall functioning of the school

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications or experience in teaching, education or a related field

A passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers and parents

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
