Job summary

NEUROBRIGHT SERVICES in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated educator to plan and deliver daily lessons and structured learning activities, tailoring strategies to each child’s needs and abilities.

You will implement and monitor Individual Education Plans, support development in communication, social, cognition, and motor skills, manage routines, and collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and parents to track progress and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lessons and structured learning activities.
• Develop individualised teaching strategies based on each child's needs and abilities.
• Implement and monitor students' IEPS and learning goals.
• Support children's development in communication, social skills, cognition, motor skills, independence, and school readiness.
• Use appropriate teaching, prompting, reinforcement, and positive behaviour support strategies.
• Observe, assess, and document students' progress regularly.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, visual supports, and classroom resources.
• Manage classroom routines, transitions, and student behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers, therapists, supervisors, and other professionals.
• Communicate students' progress and relevant concerns professionally with parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, organised, inclusive, and conducive to learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, workshops, events, and professional development.
• Follow centre policies, safeguarding practices, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Centre Supervisor or management.
