Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is hiring a Tea Barista for The Mines to ensure top-quality beverages and customer service. You will support daily outlet operations, including beverage preparation, cash handling, and maintaining inventory.

We value teamwork, self-discipline, and reliable transportation for this role. Prior F&B experience is preferred and you must be prepared to contribute to travel if needed.

Qualifications

• SPM certification required.
• F&B outlet experience preferred.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Self-discipline and self-motivation to keep knowledge and skills up to date for outlet operations.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to in-house recipes.
• Handle cashier duties and various payment methods (cash/card/e-wallet).
• Maintain outlet inventory to meet daily sales needs.
• Ensure adherence to outlet operation guide by staff at all times.
• Provide excellent customer experience and address customer issues effectively.
• Monitor cleanliness, outlook, and equipment; arrange maintenance as needed.
• Participate in all operational processes, including beverage preparation and other outlet tasks.

We are looking for Tea Barista at The Mines. At CHAGEE, we believe that all outlet staff is the bloodline of the company as they are the front-liner who bring the up most services and product to satisfy the needs of all CHAGEE’s customers. Candidate is expected to understand and fulfill task relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet.

Expected to work at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality.

Manage and to brew the beverage based out in-house recipe.

Manage outlets inventory, ensure sufficient inventory in place to meet daily sales made.

Manage all receipts of outlets, includes cash, card payment and e-wallet payment. Ensure no missing payments for all sales made and safe keep cash received.

Ensure outlet operation guide is adhere to by outlet and staff at all time.

Ensure best customer experience provided to all outlet customers, and handle issues and complaint raised by customers adequately.

Monitor and maintain outlet outlook & cleanliness and equipment, arrange for necessary maintenance if needed.

Required to participate in operational process, including preparation of beverages, handle cashier position and any other relevant task of outlets.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
• Have prior working experience responsible on F&B outlet is preferable.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
