Job summary

CHAGEE Malaysia is seeking a friendly Tea Barista to join our outlet at 118 Mall. You will brew beverages, prepare ingredients and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities include handling cash and electronic payments, maintaining inventory, delivering excellent customer service, keeping the outlet clean, and following our operation guidelines. SPM certification is required; travel and own transport are expected.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold at least SPM certification.
• Prior working experience in a F&B outlet is preferable.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Brew beverages based on in-house recipes and assist with beverage preparation.
• Manage outlets inventory to meet daily sales.
• Handle cash, card payments and e-wallet payments with no missing transactions.
• Ensure outlet operation guide is followed by staff at all times.
• Provide best customer experience and handle customer issues and complaints adequately.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness and equipment; arrange maintenance when needed.
• Participate in operational processes including beverage preparation and cashier duties.

We are looking for Tea Barista at 118 Mall. At CHAGEE, we believe that all outlet staff is the bloodline of the company as they are the front-liner who bring the up most services and product to satisfy the needs of all CHAGEE’s customers.Candidate is expected to understand and fulfill task relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet.

Expected to work at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality.

Manage and to brew the beverage based out in-house recipe.

Manage outlets inventory, ensure sufficient inventory in place to meet daily sales made.

Manage all receipts of outlets, includes cash, card payment and e-wallet payment. Ensure no missing payments for all sales made and safe keep cash received.

Ensure outlet operation guide is adhere to by outlet and staff at all time.

Ensure best customer experience provided to all outlet customers, and handle issues and complaint raised by customers adequately.

Monitor and maintain outlet outlook & cleanliness and equipment, arrange for necessary maintenance if needed.

Required to participate in operational process, including preparation of beverages, handle cashier position and any other relevant task of outlets.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.

Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
