Job summary

Averis is seeking a Senior Tax professional to lead direct tax activities in alignment with the company’s tax strategy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will oversee planning, compliance, reporting, and interaction with external tax agencies, and manage a team of tax professionals to implement policy across the organization.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 3–5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, with willingness to relocate to KL.

• Relocation willingness to Kuala Lumpur required.

Responsibilities

• Direct tax-related activities in line with tax strategy to meet obligations and objectives.
• Involved in tax planning, research, compliance, reporting and filings, auditing, and external communications.
• Lead and develop tax professionals to implement strategy and ensure compliance.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation for entire supply chain and secure benchmarking studies.
