Job summary

CMA CGM Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Tax Pillar 2 expert to drive timely Pillar 2 reporting and collaborate with finance, accounting and consolidation teams. You will help implement Pillar 2 requirements and support data collection and risk management.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance/audit and at least 3 years in tax/accounting, IFRS and consolidation, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or audit is required.
• Experience in tax accounting, IFRS and consolidation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain integrity.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience with digitalization or AI initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely Pillar 2 tax reporting and filings.
• Contribute to evolution of tax reporting to meet Pillar 2 requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting, consolidation, GBS and local tax teams.
• Support Pillar 2 data collection and safe harbor/top-up tax calculations.
• Assist with deferred tax issue follow-up and risk mitigation.
• Drive improvements in tax reporting packages for user experience.
