A leading tax consultancy firm in Kedah is seeking a Tax Executive to handle tax computations, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with Malaysian tax laws. The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting or finance and be organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Tax computation of companies, personal tax computation, Form E submission, follow-up invoice collection, and tasks assigned by the tax manager are completed correctly, accurately, and timely.
  2. Manage clients well with timely responses to clients’ issues and queries.
  3. Ensure timely submission of Form CP204, Form CP204A, CP500, etc.
  4. Respond to and follow up with the general tax correspondence in a timely manner.
  5. Provide support to the team and work cooperatively to ensure all tasks are carried out according to instructions and in a timely manner.
  6. Handle tax advisory and compliance services for individual and corporate clients in varied industries and related functions independently.
  7. Have a good understanding of the Malaysian tax regime.
  8. Attend to correspondence and queries raised by the tax authorities in respect of clients’ tax matters.
  9. Developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
