KPMG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on Pillar 2 Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) compliance and implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of International Tax regulations, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation of Pillar 2 and CbCR reporting requirements across the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain tax compliance processes, policies, and methodologies to ensure adherence to international tax regulations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and IT, to gather and analyze tax data.
  4. Provide guidance and support to local tax and finance teams on Pillar 2 and CbCR compliance.
  5. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
  6. Identify opportunities for tax process automation and implement solutions to streamline tax reporting.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes related to Pillar 2 and CbCR.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CTIM, CPA, CA) is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax compliance, with a focus on international tax regulations.
  3. Strong knowledge of Pillar 2 and CbCR reporting requirements.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
