Job Responsibilities

• Prepare tax computations, tax returns, and supporting schedules for individual, partnership, and corporate clients.
• Assist in tax compliance, advisory, and related assignments.
• Liaise with clients and the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) on tax-related matters when required.
• Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Perform analysis and prepare supporting schedules for tax-related matters.
• Manage multiple assignments effectively, particularly during peak periods.
• Perform other tax-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with audit or tax internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Brasstax or Koru is an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong time management.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude, professional communication skills, and high integrity.
