Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an Associate in Tax to support multinational client engagements, focusing on tax compliance and reporting across jurisdictions. You will work with a cross-border team to ensure timely filings and accurate data, leveraging PwC's digital tools.

You will collaborate across Tax, Lines of Service, and PwC network firms, and contribute to proposals while developing your knowledge of corporate tax planning and compliance in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply.
• Strong analytical and meticulous approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client engagements for tax filing obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with engagement teams to track progress and keep web-based tech updated.
• Provide periodic status reporting to clients and Managers.
• Collaborate across Tax, Lines of Service, and PwC network firms.
• Liaise with regional/global PwC network firms on client issues.
• Support development of proposals to clients.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues to Manager.
