Our Global Tax Centre Team provides support for the business in technical accounting compliance, financial, and operational internal controls. This includes process simplification and operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Partner with the best

You will support Vietnam tax jurisdictions as your primary portfolio, as well as other tax jurisdictions in the APAC region, managing calculation, filing, payment, and reconciliation of taxes within the Global Finance Organization.

As a Tax Analyst - Vietnamese, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing tax compliances for the APAC region, such as Corporate Income tax returns, Indirect Tax returns (VAT, GST, WHT, Stamp duty), tax account reconciliation, and supporting tax audits.
  • Documenting and communicating abnormal tax expenses to Operations and Management.
  • Coordinating information requests with internal and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely closure of tax reporting deliverables.
  • Keeping the company informed about all legal taxation matters, including audits and tax updates.
  • Identifying and driving automation projects and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of data.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related finance subject and have experience in a tax or accounting environment.
  • Have a minimum of 4-5 years of corporate tax and/or indirect tax experience in any tax jurisdiction.
  • Possess good analytical skills with a proactive mindset, capable of providing expert advice and problem-solving skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Vietnamese to support the APAC region.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
