Role Overview

As a Tech Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality tech candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter. Your role is critical to ensuring a steady stream of top candidates for our recruiting team to move through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source technical candidates (e.g., software engineers, developers, data professionals) using LinkedIn Recruiter as the primary tool.
  • Use advanced Boolean search techniques to find and reach out to passive candidates.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that align with each candidates background and interests.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in our internal systems or ATS.
  • Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring needs and target profiles.
  • Track and report on sourcing activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter in tech recruitment, ideally within an agency.
  • Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates.
  • Strong Boolean search skills and knowledge of LinkedIn search filters and features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with other sourcing tools is a plus but not required.
  • Basic understanding of technical terms and roles in the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with remote teams or clients across different time zones.
