A leading company in staffing solutions is seeking a Talent Researcher to join its Singapore desk team. This role focuses on sourcing and matching candidates for job orders and involves coordination and support throughout the recruitment process. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided to help develop skills necessary for success.
The role of the Talent Researcher is to identify and source suitable candidates for the Consultants’ job orders and contribute to the profitability of PERSOLKELLY by successfully delivering placements.
This is an integral role within the Singapore desk team, fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
Responsibilities include understanding clients’ business overviews and requirements, utilizing various channels such as headhunting, database searches, online job postings, referrals, and networking to source candidates.
Conduct cold and warm calls for phone screening, match suitable candidates to positions, coordinate interview schedules, and assist in closing positions through reference checks and other procedures.
Gather feedback from Consultants on presented candidates, keep candidates informed of outcomes, and manage candidate relationships until placement decisions are made.
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and policies.
