The role of the Talent Researcher is to identify and source suitable candidates for the assigned job orders by successfully delivering placements. We offer training and resources to support your growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate Search: Work with consultants on their candidate search assignments
- Understanding the clients’ requirements from Consultants
- Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on print & on-line media, referrals, regular networking, etc.
- Regular cold-calling and reach appropriate candidates to share them the job opportunity. This is especially important for specific assignments that require active headhunting
- Pre-screening candidates and preparing shortlist for interview session
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc
- Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome
- Manage Candidate Relationship
- Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner
- Ensure stringent compliance to organization’s procedure and policies
Skills & Competencies
General Requirements:
- Degree holder, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- 1-2 years working experience will be an added advantage
- Strong organizing, multitasking, time management, communication and people skills
- Ability to learn new search skills
- Ability to handle cold calling
