Position Overview
As a Talent Mapping Specialist, you will conduct in-depth market research and talent data analysis to map high-potential talent in key domains. Your insights will support strategic talent pipelining, competitor intelligence, and long-term recruitment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute industry talent distribution research aligned with business needs (e.g., critical roles, emerging fields, competitor firms);
- Analyze target companies’ organizational structures, key talent profiles, compensation benchmarks, and mobility trends;
- Build dynamic talent databases highlighting high-value candidates and talent pool characteristics.
- Market Intelligence Analysis
- Monitor industry talent flow trends, competitor organizational changes, and talent strategies;
- Deliver talent market reports (e.g., supply-demand analysis, compensation benchmarks, talent migration hotspots);
- Provide business units with talent risk alerts and opportunity insights.
- Strategic Decision Support
- Participate in talent planning sessions, offering data-driven hiring/pipelining recommendations;
- Assist in designing talent attraction strategies (e.g., targeted sourcing, campus recruitment, key talent retention);
- Empower recruiters with target contact lists and talent engagement pathways.
- Tool & Methodology Optimization
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases (e.g., Amplify, SeekOut), and compensation reports;
- Develop standardized talent mapping templates and analytical models to enhance team efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) throughout research processes.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields;
- 1-3 years in talent research, competitive intelligence, executive search, or HR analytics with hands-on talent mapping experience;
- Proficiency in **LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases;
- Exceptional information mining skills (able to reconstruct talent landscapes from public sources);
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities (advanced Excel/PPT; SQL/BI tools preferred);
- High business acumen to rapidly align talent insights with strategic objectives.
Preferred
- Industry expertise (e.g.,Home Appliance Industry, 3C ,tech, manufacturing);
- Cross-regional talent mapping experience (e.g., APAC/EMEA);
- Background in consulting firms or executive search intelligence teams;
