Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience and contribute to talent engagement initiatives and employer branding. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience are required. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of ATS or HRIS systems is preferred.

Overview

Duties and Responsibilities: Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: Talent Management specializes in internal recruitment and overall talent development. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains the right talent. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience while also contributing to talent engagement, engagement initiatives, and employer branding to support the overall people strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Create effective job advertisements and post them across career platforms, social media, and other suitable channels
  • Assist or support in organizing and participating in career fairs, seminars, campaigns, and employer branding activities
  • Work closely with managers to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
  • Assist in organizing and participating in HR events to drive positive workplace culture
Academic Qualification(s)

Candidates must possess at least Diploma / bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s)
  • At least 2–3 years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Exposure to Human resources, employee engagement, or employer branding is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tools
