Talent Management specializes in internal recruitment and overall talent development. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains the right talent. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience while also contributing to talent engagement, engagement initiatives, and employer branding to support the overall people strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Create effective job advertisements and post them across career platforms, social media, and other suitable channels.
  • Assist or support in organizing and participating in career fairs, seminars, campaigns, and employer branding activities.
  • Work closely with managers to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in HR events to drive positive workplace culture.
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • At least 2–3 years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Exposure to Human resources, employee engagement, or employer branding is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS office, knowledge of ATS or HRIS system preferred.
