What's the role?
As a dedicated Talent Engagement Partner, you will specialize in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for various roles within an organization. Your expertise lies in leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, social media outreach, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
What does the role involve?
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner(s) to take a detailed brief on a role, asking the right questions to understand hiring manager requirements and translate this into a sourcing strategy
  • Pro-actively identify high caliberdiverse external talent via direct sourcing, market mapping and advanced research, including complex internet search, database mining and monitoring, social media search and contacts, internal/external networking, white papers, publications, and other informational sources.
  • Utilize out Talent Relationship Management Platform (Beamery) to identify candidates from the relevant talent pools and referralswho are a match for open vacancies and managing the candidate journey of these people
  • Conduct job/industry market intelligence, candidate/competitor analysis and utilize tools to open doors to passive and active candidates. Keep abreast of trends, developments and industry activity; know the competitive landscape and provide relevant information feeds to the business. You will share insights to keep us relevant and current, bringing the outside in and ensuring Hilti remains competitive in the talent landscape
  • Craft engaging and personalized approaches to prospective candidates using tools such as email extractors and browser extensions, as well as the ability to sell Hilti over multiple approaches, delivering a warm pipeline of candidates to the business
  • Conduct in-depth screenings of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and selling the Hilti proposition to passive candidates who may not be aware of us
  • Screen and shortlist direct applications for your designated areas, managing your stakeholders effectively and working in close partnership with the hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Business Partners for your area
  • Focus on delivering top results for your area, utilizingall available system reporting to identify search priorities based on days open, application numbers, conversions of search to interview and conversion of interview to offer and adjusting the search strategy to deliver the best result in the shortest timeframe
  • Initiate, build and maintain strong networks with candidates, the TA team and the wider business and maintain a strong external network in the sourcing community, sharing innovation and best practice internally
  • Raise our profile as an employer of choice, promoting vacancies through LinkedIn and other social media platforms and creating and sharing regular, relevant and engaging communication
What you need is:
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role inhigh performing Talent Acquisition Team
Functional Expertise
  • Deep understanding of search methodology and proven experience using advanced searching techniques and data mining of the appropriate platforms for your market/sector to identify senior, specialist or hard-to-find profiles – you can do a lot more than Boolean
  • Proven focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and developing a true understanding of the candidate market
  • Excellent prospecting and networking skills, especially via online social networks
  • Experience working with an ATS and a TRM – ours are Haufe and Beamery
  • Passion for talent acquisition and desire to help create a best-in-class function
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to work to defined performance KPIs
  • Resilience to deal with rapidly changing and, at times, competing priorities and able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders whilst delivering a high service level to all
